We ship all orders within the United Kingdom and cover delivery costs for every order placed on our store. Shipping is currently available only to addresses within the United Kingdom. Each item is carefully prepared and packed before it leaves us, with attention given to protecting both the product and its finish.

Order preparation and delivery times

• Processing time: Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.
• Transit time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.
• Total delivery time: Most orders arrive within 4–9 business days.

Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (London), Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to follow your delivery and know when to expect it at your door.

While we work hard to keep deliveries on schedule, occasional delays can happen due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or logistical factors outside our control. If this occurs, we will keep you informed so you are never left guessing.
