Refund policy

At Loft Lamps, we believe choosing pieces for your home should feel reassuring from start to finish. If something is not quite right, we are here to help and make the return process clear and straightforward.

Return eligibility

You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. This helps us ensure every piece meets the same standard for all customers.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

How to start a return

To begin a return, please email info@loftlamps.com and include your order number. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service so you can follow your return until it reaches us safely.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, simply let us know when you contact us. We will be happy to assist, subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once your returned item arrives and is inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to complete the transfer before the funds appear in your account.
